Alvin has been practicing corporate law since 2013 with various working experiences of lawyering at SSEK, a prominent and first-tier corporate law firm in Indonesia, in-house at Gojek, and investment analyst at InvestIdea Ventures, a venture capital firm. These multi-sectors background enable him to have holistic legal approaches to business issues, breaking down complexities that the clients are facing and counseling them toward practical and innovative solutions. His area of expertise includes mergers & acquisitions, private equity/venture capital investments, digital economy and general corporate & commercial transactions.
In addition to his resume, Alvin also took time to explore his passion for business matters through participation in an one-year business and law course held by Wharton Business School during his master of law study in University of Pennsylvania.

Aditya is a discerning listener, possessing a unique talent for simplifying compliance matters for his esteemed clientele. His genuine interest in people has not only cultivated an extensive network of contacts but also served as the driving force behind the establishment of KARNA Partnership. Deeply vested in each relationship, Aditya consistently demonstrates unwavering dedication when advocating for his clients.
Prior to co-founding KARNA Partnership, Aditya had the privilege of acquiring invaluable experience at a prominent corporate law firm in Indonesia, as well as serving as an in-house legal counsel at Indonesia AirAsia.
Since his tenure with the Firm commenced, Aditya has been intricately involved in litigation cases spanning a diverse spectrum of disputes, including alternative dispute resolution, civil litigation, arbitration, postponement of debt settlement obligation (PKPU)/bankruptcy, white-collar crime, family law, and various other related facets. Furthermore, he has played a pivotal role in numerous corporate transactions encompassing acquisitions, corporate restructuring, infrastructure, energy, defense, lifestyle & entertainment, and employment matters.

Rizki has been in the industry for over 12 years. He’s worked at the top of his field in various firms, including as a Senior Associate at HPRP, part of the global Dentons network, before taking a bold step to co-found, KARNA Partnership. He has guided a wide array of clients, from public companies and state-owned enterprises to innovative startups, through the complexities of the legal world. His expertise spans several industries, including tech, finance, manufacturing, and logistics.
Rizki’s drive for law goes beyond just working with clients. He’s also dedicated himself to continuous learning, taking management and business courses, capital markets, and data privacy certifications. He is a registered capital markets legal consultant at the financial services authority and Certified Data Protection Officer under Asosiasi Profesional Privasi Data Indonesia (APPDI). In addition, he is also certified as a commissioner of Rural Bank by National Certification Body.
Rizki’s journey is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence and his commitment to staying at the forefront of the legal field.

Fitri began her career as a lawyer in 2011. She started at Mochtar Karuwin Komar Law Firm, a prominent first-tier corporate law firm and one of the oldest law firms in Indonesia in which she had been practicing law professionally for more than 11 years. During her time at the law firm, Fitri was able to gain and cultivate extensive knowledge in addition to vast direct observation required on this field.
Fitri was trusted to participate in a secondment program in Singapore to further explore and strengthen her expertise for approximately 2,5 years. Throughout her time there, she was tasked as a representative of the law firm to aid with various international transactions processes with Indonesian companies, multinational companies and/or banks. The opportunity of being in the hub of South East Asia business gave her significant exposure in international working environment.
Her practice areas include general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transaction, financing, shipping, aviation and entertainment law.

Farih’s professional career began at a reputable law firm, where he gained valuable insights into various legal challenges from litigation to commercial. His track record includes handling high-profile cases. Known for his practical problem-solving skills, Farih focuses on finding straightforward and effective solutions that align with the best interests of his clients.
His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his completion of a doctorate program at Universitas Indonesia. This academic achievement complements his practical experience, providing a well-rounded perspective on legal matters.
His areas of expertise include insolvency, debt restructuring, general corporate and commercial transactions, and dispute resolution.

Randi is an experienced General Counsel with a background in the financial services sector. He began his legal career in 2010 at a reputable law firm before transitioning to internal legal advisory roles within financial institutions started at Bank Negara Indonesia. Subsequently, Randi has held key positions at Panin Dai-ichi Life and Great Eastern Life, where he managed and lead the legal and corporate governance matters. Additionally, he serves as Senior Vice President and Group General Counsel at ALAMI Group, overseeing legal affairs, compliance and sharia compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML-CFT) initiatives.
Moreover, Randi has contributed to industry associations, serving as a Chairman of Legal and Compliance compartment at the Islamic Insurance Society (IIS) and also as Vice Chairman of Sharia Cluster at the Indonesia Fintech Lending Association (AFPI). He provides expertise on insurance regulations, particularly in the sharia-based sector.
Randi’s expertise extends to general legal corporate matters, compliance (including sharia compliance), licensing in financial institutions, equity and debt fundraising, asset recovery in the banking, peer to peer lending and insurance industries.

A dual-licensed attorney, qualified to practice law in both the Republic of Indonesia and in the State of New York, with extensive experience in tech, corporate governance, risk management, financial services, projects and M&As. With significant experience in these areas, he holds independent board memberships across several highly regulated industries, such as shipping, payment gateway and lending.
Previously, he served as Group General Counsel at Traveloka for approximately eight years where he led all major corporate transactions and established key departments including legal, compliance, public policy and risk management. Prior to his tenure in Traveloka, he spent 5 years at Hadiputranto, Hadinoto & Partners (member of Baker & McKenzie) in the finance, banking and projects’ practice group where he advised several Fortune Global 500 companies.
He pursued his bachelor’s degree at Universitas Indonesia and furthered his education with an LL.M degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dimas is also an ISO certified risk governance and management professional. Dimas can also converse in Indonesian (native), English (fluent), French (upper intermediate), Japanese (intermediate) and Mandarin (intermediate).
